Balancing comfort with moderate stabilization, they are suitable for the acute phase of cervical spondylosis or daily neck protection.
Rigid neck braces: The main structure is made of rigid plastic (such as polypropylene), sometimes reinforced with embedded metal supports (stainless steel or aluminum alloy) for added rigidity; the interior is usually lined with polyethylene foam to prevent skin pressure injuries. Offering the highest level of stabilization, they are used for cervical fractures, dislocations, or cases requiring strict immobilization after major surgery.
Lining Layer: Typically made of antibacterial, breathable mesh, memory foam, or felt; as it comes into direct contact with the skin, it must be sweat-absorbent, hypoallergenic, and easy to clean.
